People come to me when they struggle. For example, with their negative self-image, dependence on substances and unhealthy relationships. Or when they feel cynical, helpless and worthless. Others suffer from physical discomfort and pain that doctors cannot solve.
Our therapy deals with this, effectively. But more than that, we provide an inner path to deep and lasting development. So that you can become the person you are meant to be, so you can live from your values and bring your goodness and beauty into the world.
At the start of therapy, my clients do not yet know that this is possible. Because I do, I believe that my clients can move beyond their pain. I guide them to the place inside where they can heal and awaken, so that they can lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Facing the source of your emotional pain it is not easy. It takes courage, will and perseverance. And a leap of faith, to commit to a process while you are in a place of not knowing. My task is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for you to do that, so you can explore your inner path.
