Inner Path’s Core Life Foundation program tackles the inner source of your problem once and for all. It is ideal if you feel the genuine need to get to the root of these issues and sustainably build a better life.

Core Life Foundation / Who is it for?
The Core Life Foundation programme is ideal if you feel a genuine need to liberate yourself from the burdens of the past, reconnect with your most powerful self and build a better life. More specifically, you may feel motivated to:
Boost your personal development
You have already invested in your personal development, your life is okay and you function well. And yet you feel there is room for more growth, that you are holding yourself back. The time has come for you to go deeper inside and tackle the more fundamental patterns of your life, so you can finally become who you are.
Solve recurring problems
Your health and happiness are compromised by inner issues and external challenges. These may include depression, addiction, dysfunctional relationships, recurring conflicts or toxic emotions. You recognise your coping strategies are counterproductive and that you need to tackle the inner source of your problems, for once and for all.
Seek meaning and purpose
You life is comfortable and successful and the time has come for you to ask the questions that matter. Who am I? Who or what do I serve? What will I do with the rest of my life? Throughout the programme, you will seek to answer these questions and use them as the basis for a more purposeful and inspiring life.
Core Life Foundation / Curriculum
The Core Life Foundation has a clear structure and solid curriculum. This is delivered in three blocks within a total of 10 days, and is supported by unlimited coaching for up to a year, as well as self-assessments and homework. This ensures a challenging learning path that builds over time.
Block 1 (2 days)
During Block 1 we take an in-depth look at your life and who you are. We identify your MBTI and Enneagram personality types, which show you when you are at your best and which emotional defense strategies you use. Understanding the strength and limitations of your types – and where they conflict with one another – helps you understand why you do what you do, why certain things are hard and where you can develop.
Next we take a detailed personal history. How did your home, school, culture and religion shape you? Which emotional burdens from the past are you still carrying? What is valuable about your life and what would you like to change? By taking a step back and looking at the big picture, you will see where you are holding yourself back.
This intimate exploration allows you to identify the (often hidden) mental and emotional patterns that limit you. You will see how these patterns influence the way in which you set boundaries, take care of yourself, motivate yourself, deal with conflict, express your emotions, pursue goals and relate to your body and feelings.
At the end of these two days, you will know yourself in an entirely new way and understand more specifically what you want to work on during the rest of the programme.
Block 2 (5 days)
Next, we tackle the limiting patterns and emotional burdens we identified in block 1. We heal them using tools from some of the world’s powerful healing and development traditions. This involves body work and your emotions, meaning you don’t just talk and analyse but feel and experience on a profound level. This is tough but rewarding: it allows you to go deep enough to liberate yourself from the things that weigh you down.
As you progress through this block, you will gradually experience more vitality, joy and resilience in your life. You will also get more in touch with your body and your feelings, which will give you inner strength and peace of mind. You wil get clearer about what it is you really want in life and most likely discover potential you did not know you had. In short: you will get more and more in touch with your core self.
These inner changes will affect the way you treat yourself, relate to others and pursue your goals. These changes are healthy but not always easy, so we will coach you on navigating this transition and making new choices.
Block 3 (3 days)
Once you unburden yourself from the past and reconnect with your core self, you can begin to look ahead to the future. What kind of relationships do you want to have? What kind of parent or person do you want to be? What are your true values, talents and needs and how can you make space for them in your life?
In these last few days, we create a map of the future and identify practical steps to realise your goals. Some clients work on their personal mission, vision, and purpose. Others determine the goals they want to pursue and which parts of their life they want to transform. Either way, this block will give you a strong foundation for years to come.
A unique feature of Core Life Foundation is unlimited coaching for one year starting from the first day of the programme. This coaching, which takes place in between the on-site days or after completing the programme, helps you integrate what you learn. Coaching takes place via phone or Skype and is used to:
- Discuss persistent problems
- Develop better ways of communicating, relating and setting boundaries
- Improve your self-care
- Create more intimacy and honesty in your relations
- Deal with parenting challenges

In addition to the 10 days of private, one-on-one work, your process of learning and change is supported in a number of other ways:
- You will complete three self-assessments (prior to the start, halfway during the process and upon completing the programme) to help you set targets and track progress.
- You will write a brief report about each day of the programme, describing what you have learnt and experienced. This will ensure you get the most out of the programme.
- You will be given a number of homework assignments designed to help you develop new skills and integrate what you learn into your life.

Core Life Foundation / At a pace that suits you
Core Life Foundation comprises 10 full days. You are free to choose the pace at which you complete the programme. Many people choose to come in once every two to three weeks. This allows you to honour your commitments at home and at work, and leaves enough time to process. At this pace, the programme takes a few months to complete.
Other people prefer to do an intensive, either because they come from another country or because their personal situation requires faster results. In this case we pack the curriculum into two five-day periods. Each period involves full days of work from Monday to Friday, with two to three months in between the two periods to allow you to integrate. While intense and demanding, previous clients have reported this this schedule to be an amazing, transformational experience.
